Easy Strawberry Cashew Milk {Dairy-Free}

This Strawberry Cashew Milk is a quick, dairy-free alternative that is as delicious as it is pretty!


INGREDIENTS


  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 cup fresh or defrosted frozen organic strawberries
  • ½ teaspoon beet juice powder (optional, for extra color)
  • 4 cups filtered water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine the cashews, strawberries, beet juice powder (optional) and water in the pitcher of a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for about 30 seconds, or until the ingredients are completely combined.
