Quick Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler

This Quick Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler is crazy good!  Topped with my easy to make NO YEAST cinnamon rolls and filled to the brim with brown sugar and peaches.   Peach Cobbler at its finest!  Perfect for family reunions, potlucks and backyard barbecues.  When you volunteered to bring dessert your friends and family didn’t or couldn’t of imagined it would be something this spectacular!



Peach Cobbler never looked so good!

  • 1 recipe Quick Cinnamon Rolls
  • 6 (15.25 ounce) cans sliced peaches in heavy syrup, drained and juice reserved
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch


Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. To protect your oven; line a rimmed baking pan with foil.
NOTE: Cut cinnamon rolls into 12 rolls.

  2. For the Peach Filling:
  3. Drain peaches, set peaches aside.
  4. Pour reserved peach juice into a Dutch oven pan.
  5. Add brown sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch; whisk until all the cornstarch is combined.
  6. Heat on medium until boiling, constantly stirring.
  7. Add peaches, bring back up to just a boil, take off heat and pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  8. Place cut cinnamon rolls on top of peach filling.
  9. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
