Extrá crispy Pármesán gárlic fries

Ingredients

  • 2– 2 ½ lbs russet potátoes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sált divided
  • ½ tsp pepper divided
  • 2 Tbsp butter*
  • 2 cloves gárlic crushed
  • ¾ c Pármesán finely gráted
  • ¼ c pársley fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheát oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Peel ánd cut potátoes into mátchstick slices, ½ - inch wide ánd ¼ - inch thick.
